The event is kindly hosted on the grounds and playing fields of a school catering for 2 to 13 year olds. Please respect this and take home litter, clear up and report any broken glass immediately.

You are welcome to bring picnic chairs and tables, but please no gazebos in sight of the stage. We wish everyone to have a view of the entertainment.

Please use where possible plastic picnic tableware to avoid broken glass and crockery being left on the schools playing field.

No barbecues or naked flames are permitted.

All Cancer Research UK events are No Smoking. Please respect this around our event especially the food outlets, bar, stalls and the stage/picnic area.

The committee reserve the right to ask any person to leave the grounds if they feel their conduct is not appropriate to a family event.

Disabled facilities

Car parks and the picnic area are on the same level, the surface is grass with some concrete/tarmac pathways.

The area covers some 50 acres so those with limited mobility should bring a wheel chair or mobility vehicle

Disabled toilet facilities will be available.

No viewing platform is provided as it is anticipated those with wheel chairs will picnic alongside those using regular picnic chairs. A section at the front of the stage will be reserved for this purpose
